In January, on the still waters, 36 rods landed 27 trout. The heaviest was a 2.6kg rainbow caught by S. Senekal at Lunds.
In the rivers, 3 rods landed 2 trout of about 350g (L. Bainbridge at Upper Tretower).
Water temperature measurements taken at the end of January 2021 at various still waters were between 20C and 23C, at three meters. High water levels were reported at most still waters, with some murky conditions. Rivers have also been in flood at times during December 2020 and January 2021.
